Jen Upton is a skilled crisis management consultant with more than a decade of experience advising executives and senior decision-makers on crisis preparedness, response and resilience.

She works with organisations across a range of sectors to strengthen their ability to navigate high-impact events, helping teams make confident decisions under pressure, protect critical operations and manage complex, fast-moving situations.

Jen specialises in designing and delivering realistic crisis simulations, training and exercising programmes that challenge assumptions, sharpen decision-making and test organisational readiness. Much of her work involves supporting global organisations operating across multiple countries and regions, designing and facilitating exercises that reflect the complexities of cross-border crisis management and coordinated response.

She has extensive experience working with global organisations across a range of markets, including supporting businesses with significant operations in France and advising a leading international luxury goods company on crisis preparedness and response.
