Business Support Executive
Catherine is a professionally trained private secretary with 30 years’ experience working across a variety of industries.
Catherine’s role at Insignia encompasses all aspects of organisation and administrative support for the team, including managing our systems, processes and financial, legal and HR obligations and requirements.
She plays a vital role across all of our client accounts, managing client onboarding, creating documentation and arranging logistics and suppliers for training courses and workshops both in the UK and overseas. Catherine also uses her excellent IT skills and eye for detail to create supporting materials for Insignia’s crisis training and exercises.
In addition, Catherine supports Insignia’s marketing, with her expertise and organisational skills key to running Insignia’s events and webinars. A perfectionist by nature, Catherine takes pride in making every event run by Insignia a professional and enjoyable experience for those attending.
Catherine has worked at Insignia for ten years having previously spent twelve years at global communications consultancy Porter Novelli. Her consultancy experience has seen her work on a range of international brands including Gillette, Braun, Hewlett-Packard and Carlsberg. Additionally, she previously worked for the world-leading motorsport company Prodrive.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with family, catching up on the latest releases at the cinema, and attending live music concerts.
