Louise Raisbeck
Senior Consultant

With more than 25 years’ experience in crisis management, Louise is a highly effective advisor, trainer and exercise facilitator. Her approach ensures that senior leadership teams can enhance their crisis management skills through a balance of appropriate challenge and support.

Louise is passionate about making a demonstrable difference to organisations through crisis management training. She has been working with Insignia since 2017 and is integral to many of our major training and exercising programmes including DP World and Lundin Mining. She delivered a simulation for 40 of DP World’s most senior executives and co-led a two-day crisis management training programme for the UAE Prime Minister’s Office.

Prior to working with Insignia, Louise held senior roles at global consultancy Porter Novelli.

Louise works closely with our clients at every stage of their preparation for crises, including undertaking audits of existing crisis management and crisis communication plans and processes, creating new plans bespoke to an organisation and conducting risk assessments.

She has extensive experience in a wide range of industries, including critical infrastructure, ports and transportation, media, mining, energy , food and drink.

She particularly enjoys working overseas and with people from different cultures and has worked with clients in Dubai, Brazil, Chile, North America, Sweden and Canada.

Louise’s training style is motivating and engaging. She is committed to gaining a deep understanding of the varied needs and experiences of her clients. She builds trusted relationships through her commitment to quality and her empathetic leadership style.

Combined with her empathetic and people-focused nature, Louise’s insight into decision-making from a senior leadership perspective supports our clients in developing the key capabilities necessary for effective crisis management.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys yoga and sporting endeavours with her two teenage sons and husband.
