Consultant
Abbey Everett is a crisis management and communications specialist, with expertise in reputation management and crisis preparedness. She supports organisations in strengthening crisis response capability, combining strategic communications insight with practical advisory on crisis protocols, response frameworks, and the design and delivery of crisis management exercises.
Abbey brings valuable in-house experience from highly scrutinised corporate environments, spanning complex reputational challenges across financial communications, ESG, and supply chain risk.
At Insignia, Abbey supports clients including Lundin Gold, RES, SportRadar and American Tower, providing advisory support and contributing to the development of crisis management plans and the design and facilitation of exercises. Her work focuses on translating complex risk environments into clear, practical response approaches, helping clients build confidence and capability under pressure.
Prior to joining Insignia, Abbey held corporate communications roles at Domino’s Pizza Group, where she provided strategic advisory to senior leaders on reputational risk and stakeholder perception. She played a key role in developing the company’s first crisis communications protocol, operated as a member of its Crisis Management Team, and oversaw the delivery of crisis simulations for senior leadership.
