Keeping the channels open in times of crisis

Before Coronavirus it was tempting (if erroneous) to assume that the media should be the main focus of your communication efforts in a crisis.

The pandemic demonstrated the critical importance of internal communication when the worst happens. Whatever the crisis, it is nigh on certain that your own people should be a priority for communication.
