As a transport company our response to operational incidents is well rehearsed. However, we wanted to test ourselves against a different kind of threat with additional reputational challenges and the pressure of social media. Importantly, we wanted to rehearse both our operational and communication response to explore how well they aligned under pressure.
Insignia listened well to our brief, asked intelligent questions, quickly built a good understanding of the business and our desired outcomes for the exercise. As a consequence, they developed a perfectly judged scenario which was realistic, multi-faceted and challenging.
Throughout the project, it was clear that Insignia was focused on meeting our objectives and planned everything carefully to ensure a successful exercise. As a client, this was extremely reassuring given the importance of the simulation and the seniority of the people participating in it.
