Insignia has joined forces with TNR and the Press Association to offer a workshop on crisis communications.  Open to any organisation and aimed at senior communications professionals and business continuity managers, this one day course is designed to give an insight into latest crisis management thinking and best practice.

Through a combination of theory and practical sessions, delegates will learn how to structure, or upgrade their crisis plans and engage effectively with stakeholders. They will also gain an understanding of the role social media plays in a crisis and advice on how to handle and manage it.
