A crisis is a defining moment in an organisation’s history: making the right decisions at that time determines its fate.
The likelihood of making the right calls under enormous pressure is much higher for businesses that have properly rehearsed their crisis response beforehand.

A programme of crisis exercising builds confidence and capability, resulting in a well-drilled team able to deliver a pitch-perfect response under an intense spotlight. That's why I am so passionate about rehearsing the crisis management plan and team.
