When you operate in a high risk sector, it’s important to examine beforehand what you would do if the worst happens. Our client wanted to ensure that it was in the best possible position to respond to key risks and so invited Insignia to facilitate a scenario planning session.

Through a structured workshop we allowed executives to conceive their worst fears and how they might play out. By considering key risks and walking through the chain of events which could unfold, we helped them to identify what they would need to do in response.

This in turn revealed process, knowledge, skills and resource gaps which would hinder the client should any of the risks emerge.
Following the scenario planning exercise an action plan was developed to guide the client through its key risk scenarios should they occur. As a consequence, its business and reputation is now much better protected.
